From Jim Daniels -  I just wanted to take time and thank those responsible for the care and treatment my wife and I received Metro Wheels. I was honestly overwhelmed with the service throughout our adventure. My 1st contact was with Mr. Bob Angel via telephone and it was his suggestion that I sent pictures to give him a better idea of the problem on our vehicle. I thought it was an innovative solution to avoid a lengthy, unnecessary road trip. Once he received the pictures, he then called and we worked out the details to drop my car off at your facility. I got the quote, and we were just surprised at the numerous painting and coating selections available. The next shocker came after we made our choice and Mr. Angel asked the expert to come and review our car just to insure he had the right approach and solution. It sure made me feel comfortable that we had selected the right people to work on our car. So we were given a rough estimate on finishing the work and about 2 days later, I received another call explaining some unexpected issues with the wheels. The approach was what I appreciated … Mr. Angel gave me the details and then explained we didn’t have to do it, but he would suggest it be done. I thanked him for his approach and agreed to the modification and additional charges. Finally on the exact day that it was estimated to get my car back, it happened! We picked our car up and really thought the wheels looked MUCH BETTER than when they were new, but then came the best surprise. Since this was my wife’s car (Lexus SC 430) and she’s the main driver, she thought that it drove better than when it was new, and after driving it … I AGREE. Your company and the people working there just did a great job. So much so, I immediately called the folks that recommended Metro Wheels (Nalley Lexus and K.O. Owens, Goodyear in Carterville) and told them that you did a great job and thanked them for sending me to good folks. I realize this is lengthy but think that someone should know about the service.
