Do
you repair damaged
wheels? |
We have invested in specialized wheel repair equipment that we use to bring bent alloy wheels back to factory tolerances. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If we repair a damaged wheel and it does not balance properly on a good tire, we will gladly re-work it, provided it is returned to us within four working days. We do not repair steel wheels, as it is more economical to replace a bent steel wheel than to repair it.

We guarantee that the parts purchased from Metro Wheels & Accessories, Inc. will be quality parts that will meet your replacement needs. We guarantee that each wheel will properly balance on a quality tire, will not vibrate, and will fit the vehicle correctly. However, there is no road or hazard warranty, or liability on any wheel, simply because we are a reseller and not the manufacturer. All of our factory wheels and some of our custom wheels are considered used; therefore, there are no extended warranties or liabilities.
Because our wheels are considered used, we can ensure at least 50 % savings off dealer list, making it well worth your time to consider a used wheel. With our guarantee, it certainly makes sense to consider Metro Wheels & Accessories, Inc.

is your return policy? |
If you purchase a wheel from Metro Wheels, Inc., and that wheel does not fit your vehicle correctly or balance properly on a good tire, we will exchange it for you, provided that you return it to us within four working days. If the wheel cannot be exchanged, a full refund will be issued. Metro Wheels, Inc. will not issue a refund when an exchange can be made.
